mmass-modules software package provides Mass spectrometry tool for proteomics - extension modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mmass-modules
mmass-modules is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mmass-modules package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mmass-modules *
You will get with mmass-modules package name, version, architecture and description in a table
